Monique Clesca
Monique Clesca A pro-democracy and pro-social justice feminist activist, Monique Clesca has more than 25 years of specialization in high-level political dialogue, in the development and implementation of development programs based on human rights for youth and women, and advocacy and social communication strategies. She has worked in more than forty countries in Africa. The President of Niger awarded her the honor of Commander of the National Order of Merit of Niger.
Monique Clesca's writings include two books La Confession and Mosaiques as well as articles and columns published in national and international newspapers. Born in Port-au-Prince and retired in 2016, Ms. Clesca has a master's degree in journalism. Since March 2021, she has been a member of the Commission for the search for a Haitian solution to the crisis and a member of the Office for Monitoring the Agreement of August 30, 2021.
