Pascale Oriol is a US-trained Civil Engineer and current CEO of Vox Evolution, a social enterprise focused on building sustainable and resilient communities in Haiti. Since 2008, her work has centered on local government projects, engaging with key stakeholders across Haiti. Alongside her practical roles, Pascale is a passionate civic education teacher and has written various articles on civic awareness.   Her dedication to social improvement extends to her involvement in several organizations addressing social and environmental issues in Haiti. 

Currently, Pascale was prompted to launch a citizens' initiative to invite the Haitian community to reflect on the waste management problems in the city of Pétion Ville hoping that these discussions will lead to the development of a SUSTAINABLE waste management program for that city.
