Rosy Auguste Ducéna

Rosy Auguste Ducéna, a lawyer registered with the Bar of Port-au-Prince, began her career as a human rights defender in 2002 when she joined the National Coalition for the Rights of Haitians (NCHR), which since 2005 has become Réseau Défense national human rights body (RNDDH).

Since 2018, she has held the position of program officer at RNDDH. In this capacity, she coordinates training and human rights monitoring activities for key state institutions, the general human rights situation, humanitarian response to disasters and electoral processes.
