ADC is a collective of Haitian-led renowned organizations, based in the U.S. and in Haiti. Kellogg Foundation Request For Proposal inviting bids from organizations and consultants to conduct research and recommend a structure to direct the voices of the Haitian diaspora in the US and influence policies impacting communities in the US and foreign policy towards Haiti. Several organizations that were interested in submitting proposals individually or as a small consortium decided to unite and submit a single proposal as the Ayiti Diaspora Collaborative (ADC). Following a competitive process, ADC was selected to undertake the project in collaboration with the Kellogg Foundation.
