MARGARETTE C. GRAHAM
Margarette C. Graham, a seasoned banker, embarked on her professional journey at Citibank, N.A., Haiti Branch. Starting as a credit officer, she steadily progressed through the ranks, assuming critical roles such as Credit Director, Commercial Director, Cash Management Director, and Deputy General Manager. Her extensive experience at Citibank spanned over three decades, during which she actively contributed to various crucial management committees, including the Management Committee, Credit Committee, Asset and Liability Management Committee (ALCO), Human Resources, and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Committee.
Margarette's tenure at Citibank encompassed the management of the corporate clientele, constituting a significant portion of the bank's credit portfolio. Her active engagement in dialogues with local regulatory authorities and oversight from Citibank's headquarters provided her with invaluable insights and expertise. These experiences have equipped her with a wealth of knowledge, a profound understanding of financial intricacies, and adept relationship-building skills, which she willingly extends to individuals and institutions seeking structural enhancement, guidance, and training.
Since 2016, Margarette has served as a pivotal member of the Board of Directors of Professionnels en Gestion et Finance, S.A. (ProFin), the pioneering investment company in Haiti, regulated by the Central Bank of Haiti and a member of the ProFin Group, comprising eight local and regional entities. In her role as First Vice-President, she actively participates in various internal management committees, contributing to the strategic direction of the organization.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Margarette is renowned for her enduring commitment to sports and charitable initiatives. She currently holds the following positions:
President of the Haitian Volleyball Federation (FHVB), affiliated with the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB).
Treasurer of the Board of Directors and President of the Finance Commission for CAZOVA and NORCECA, regional volleyball confederations.
Member of the Finance Commission of the International Volleyball Federation – FIVB.
Member of the Steering Committee of the Tigresses-Tigers Sports Association, a multifaceted organization engaged in women's football and men's and women's volleyball.
Member of the Aquin Solidarity Foundation, a charitable institution dedicated to educational, training, and socio-economic development efforts in Aquin, South Haiti.
Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Centre d’Art, an institution committed to the promotion and preservation of Haitian artistic and cultural heritage.
Margarette's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hunter College of CUNY and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Pace University in New York. Her continuous pursuit of excellence is evident through her active participation in various training sessions related to finance, management, and human resources.
